This is an answer to a prayer! About 6 months ago, a friend at church had a baby and I was able to bless her with a baby carrier (mei tai). I have a more structured carrier (similar to a Beco). A few weeks ago, we were talking to another friend who has a 13 month old. I was wearing my 2 1/2 year old and my friend was wearing her 6 month old. Our third friend (with the 13 mo. old) was just in awe of our carriers. She definitely liked mine because her baby is 13 mos. so she needs something more supportive with her older baby. I told her about them and then JUST today at church she said she's been researching carriers, but cannot afford it right now. I love to see babies being carried so I came home from church and tried to figure out how I could bless her with one, but right now we just cannot afford it either. So for the past few hours I've been fretting about how I could come up with this money to get her a carrier. And then I check my email and see this! I do hope I win!
